Let's Roll - DONE!

I finally finished Lisa Beamer's book, Let's Roll. I was a bit disappointed at first because it talks a LOT about their history... growing up, families, schools, etc. I wanted to know more about her life after the tragedy. However, having said all that, I did end up enjoying it. I like the last half of the book better than the first half, though. Okay... who wants it next?

(Also, I received the next 2 books we are reading in the mail today. But, I forgot which one we decided to read first. Help...)

read survival in auschwitz first, night second.
i'll let somebody else claim let's roll first, since I have a list of things sitting on the shelf to read, but if no one else wants it, then I will take it because I do want to read it. Maybe I'll start in the middle and just read the second half...

I would love to read "Let's Roll" also, but I have the stack of Ladies Detective Agency books sent over from Lindsay ready to read. I should also be getting the 2 new books in the mail in the next day or so. In other words, it would be quite a while before I will have time to read something else. I think I am going to read DaVinci Code after the Auschwitz and Night.

I would love to borrow it and read it. I don't have anything else on my list right now - except to finish the Mitford series - but they can wait. Maybe I will start in the second half as well. :)

I guess when I said I would love to borrow it - I could have stopped there. Of course if I am going to borrow it I am going to read it! :)

Lindsay, sounds good! I'll get it to you next time I see you... probably at church on Sunday. When you are done, you can pass it on to either Becky or Dara, whoever wants it next.

And, I got about halfway through the Mitford series. I think I read the first 4 or 5 books, then never finished it. Which one are you reading?

I have only read three of the books. Now I have three more to go. Thanks for loaning me the "Let's Roll" book. See you Sunday!
