Kindle Lending

Whoa baby, now we can loan books for Kindle. You don't have to own a kindle, the iPhone and iPad apps work for this as well. The only drawback? You can only lend a book ONE time so that is a bummer. Here is a quick tutorial on how it works...

This is a step in the right direction for Kindle, don't you think?

I had heard about this, but thanks for looking up the tutorial for us! I do think this is a good move for Kindle and I expected them to do something like it sometime. And I also expected them to have to place some kind of limits on it as well. I also figured out how to borrow library books on my iphone (or ipad) and it is pretty cool too.

Sam just got me an iPad for Christmas & I've been trying to figure out how to borrow from the libraries. I know there is a way to do it, but I can't figure it out. Becky, I think I need an iPad tutorial from you. Because, other than e-books, I'm really not seeing the need for it. Maybe I'm missing something great about it ?? Anyway, this is the only way I've been able to get the books you ladies have been reading lately. So, I'm a downloading fool lately... have lots to read! Thanks for posting this info!
